SBC Global webmail or ATT email is one of the best webmail providers there is. SBC stands of Southwestern Bell Company. It is a free web based email service provided to the customers of SBC & ATT service. When you go to the SBC or AT&T login page, you are re-directed to Yahoo login section. That is because AT&T and Yahoo were merged in 2003. SBC, then purchased AT&T for $16 million in 2005 and adopted its name and brand. SBC global has access to and provides all services of Yahoo including Yahoo! mail, chat or messenger.
The specific steps for SBCGlobal net sign in
- The first step is that of going to Yahoo’s Att.net login page: which is effectively the Yahoo Mail login page. Open a new tab on your web browser, then simply go to the web address www.att.net, and then click on the ‘sign in’ link at the upper right hand side of the page.
- This will re-direct you to the att.net login page, which is basically traditional Yahoo mail login page.
- The second step is to enter your AT&T ID/Email (that is, the SBCglobal.net email), followed by your login password. Remember to turn off Caps Lock if it is on while entering password.
- The third and final step is to click the ‘Sign in’ button, or hitting the ‘enter’ key on your keyboard. If the sbcglobal net sign in is successful you will be able to access your email account.
Login credentials you need to enter, to access your SBCglobal email online
As we have already mentioned, the only login credentials you need to enter to access your SBCglobal email account at Yahoo’s Att.net login page are your AT&T User ID/ Email (your SBCglobal username or your full email address), and the corresponding password.
If any one of those two login details are not correct, then you will see a login error message.
After SBCglobal net sign in process is successful, you can then check your inbox, clear your junk or spam folder. You can compose a new e-mail message and send emails. You can create a new message and save as draft. You can delete old sbc global emails.
